Introduction
These terms of service (hereafter referred to as the "Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the user") and Bikeloop. By using the bike parking and the mobile applications (the "App"), you agree to these Terms and commit to following them.
The Terms will be updated from time to time without specific notice. The currently applicable version can be read here.

Use of the bike parking and app
The bike parking and the app are designed to provide a safe and secure storage solution for users who need to park their bikes in a public space.
Bikeloop offers several parking solutions. The solutions are configured to store different types of bicycles. In the App, you will see an overview of the types of bicycles supported for each parking solution.
There are hooks or shelves in all solutions for hanging helmets and bike bags. It is not allowed to store anything on the floor except a bicycle. Everything else must be hung on the hook or placed on the shelf. It is not allowed to store anything other than bicycles and associated equipment. Therefore, you cannot store flammable materials, chemicals, or anything else that may pose a health hazard to humans or animals.
As a user, you are required to exercise due care when parking or retrieving a bicycle. Bikeloop AS is therefore not responsible for damage or loss resulting from improper use or vandalism.
If you violate the guidelines provided here, you may be held financially responsible for damage and loss to equipment and third parties.
You acknowledge that errors may occur. Bikeloop will correct the error as soon as possible and within a reasonable time. Bikeloop generally does not compensate users for time spent.

Privacy
We understand the importance of privacy and are committed to protecting your user data. Your personal information will be processed in accordance with Norwegian privacy legislation and GDPR, and we will only collect, use, and store information necessary to provide the service to you.

Age limit and user responsibility The age limit for using the service is 15 years.

As a user of the bike parking and the app, you are responsible for following these Terms and any applicable laws and regulations. You must not use the service in any way that is illegal, offensive, or harmful to other users or third parties. You are also responsible for ensuring that your bicycle is in good condition and suitable for storage in the bike parking machine.

As a user, you are responsible for completing any started parking or bike retrieval. Make sure to follow the instructions given in the APP.

It is strictly prohibited to stay inside the bike box unnecessarily. As a user, you are responsible for ensuring that no one else enters the parking space during parking or retrieval of the bike. You are also responsible for ensuring that no pets enter the parking space.

One account per user
Each user may create one account. This account is personal and cannot be used by others. As the user, you are responsible for keeping the account and app secure. In the event of a lost mobile phone or suspected misuse, Bikeloop AS should be contacted immediately. Bikeloop AS is not responsible for any loss or inconvenience resulting from misuse of your account.

Payment
The use of the bike parking and the app requires payment. The price will be clearly indicated in the App, and you will be charged according to the applicable prices and terms. We reserve the right to change the prices and terms at any time, but we will notify you of any changes before they take effect.

Limitations and disclaimers
We believe we have created one of the safest bike parking solutions available. While we will do our best to ensure that the service functions properly, we cannot guarantee that your bike will be 100% safe and secure in the bike parking. Therefore, we cannot be held liable for loss or damage to bikes or other property as a result of using the service. We are also not liable for any damage or loss resulting from unauthorized access to the App or the bike parking machine.

Termination
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend the service at any time and for any reason without prior notice. You may also choose to stop using the service at any time. Any unpaid fees will remain due and payable in accordance with the Terms.
