Why is Bikeloop a good idea?

New regulations require property developers to build a minimum number of bicycle parking spaces in new buildings and major renovation projects. Bikeloop can help save 80 percent of valuable space compared to traditional solutions.

Cycling is a megatrend, with over 20 million bicycles (25 percent electric bikes) sold annually in the EU. Forecasts suggest that more bicycles than cars will be sold in 2025. The bicycle is becoming the new car in urban areas.

The number of bicycle thefts is increasing along with the sale of more expensive bikes. The EU estimates that over 4 million bicycles are stolen in Europe each year, which means one bike every 7 minutes. Only 4-5 percent of stolen bikes are recovered.
